wow what a view, no doubt some time will be spent on the balcony on hot nights. Great looking apartment. Enjoy furnishing it. Once you meet a few people you will get donated stuff so don't rush. Not such good hours for your job, you will have to see how it goes. Enjoy the cricket.
Hope you both use the stairs to go in and out each time
